Error Code in Canon iR5000/iR6000

These are all list of Error Code in Canon iR5000/iR6000 more to come, i hope your machines works fine and never get error.
*E000
Main cause: the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit.The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit.The fixing heater has an open circuit.The SSR is faulty.The DC controller PCB faulty.Mode of detection: 0000 after the main power switch is turned on,the temperature detected by the main thermistor does not reach 70ºC.
Caution: The error must be be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
*E001
Main cause: The main thermistor (TH1) has a short circuit.The sub thermistor (TH2) has detected overheating.The SSR is faulty.The DC controller PCB is faulty.Mode of detection:0001 The main thermistor or the sub thermistor has detected about 230ºC or higher for 2 sec.0002 The main thermistor has detected 230ºC or higher (hard circuit detection)0003 The sub thermistor has detected about 236ºC or higher. Caution: The error must be be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
*E002
Main cause: The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit.The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit.The SSR is faulty.The DC controller PCB is faulty.Mode of detection:0000 The temperature of the upper fixing roller does not reach 100ºC within 2 min after it has exceeded 70ºC. Caution: The error must be be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
*E003
Main cause: The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit.The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit.The fixing heater has an open circuit.The SSR is faulty.The DC controller PCB is faulty.Mode of detection:0000 The temperature detected by the main thermistor is 70ºC for 2 sec or more after it has reaced 100ºC. Caution: The error must be be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
*E004
Main cause: The SSR has a short circuit. The DC controller PCB is faulty.Mode of detection:0000 The SSR used to drive the fixing heater is found to have a short circuit (hard circuit detection). Caution: The error must be be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
*E005
Main cause: The fixing web has been taken up. The fixing web length sensor (PS45) is faulty.The DC controller PCB is faulty.Mode of detection:0000 The length of fixing web that has been taken up is in excess of the specified length. Caution: After replacing the fixing web, be sure to reset the two web counters in service mode:COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB and COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FX-WEB.

2. Erase the unnecessary documents stored in the box
Cara mengatasi:
1. Go into Service Mode. Press * Additional Functions, Press 2 and 8 number keys simultaneously, then Press * Additional Functions.
2. From the Service Mode screen. Select COPIER.
3. Select the FUNCTION tab.
3. Select CLEAR.
4. Under CLEAR, select PASSWORD.
5. Scroll to the second page and select PWD-CLR. Hit OK
Anda dapat mencoba PWD-CLR tetapi ini akan menghapus semua password.

You can do a HD-CLEAR in service mode the partitions on the imageRUNNER Hard Drive that hold this info is the Image Storage Area. So basically you need to select the partition you are going to format by selecting it with the CHK-TYPE option. This option is located at COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM>CHK-TYPE in Service Mode.
Set the option from 0-x. They are described below: # 1 is the one you want to clear..
0 = Entire HDD
1 = image storage area
2 = multiple-use file storage
3 = PDL-related file storage area
2. After you selected the partition to format, you need to select HD-CLEAR. This option is located below CHK-TYPE in COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM>HD-CLEAR.
Only perform any of these operations if you are familiar with doing them. Otherwise call for service if you not a tech.

tolonmg dong, mesin saya ir4570 kalau ngopy f4 atas turun 5 cm jadi yg bawah gak kebawa 5 cm cara perbaikinya gimana ?

#Herri copy f4-nya lewat atas/ADF atau lewat Kaca/Platen Glass yg pernah sy alami f4 lewat ADF hslnya seperti itu.
Cara Mengatasinya:
Tekan *28* Copier>Option>Body>SCANSLCT bikin 1 (0:OFF 1:ON)

uda saya ganti thermistor kok tetap???
gimana kalo saya ganti fuse n thermostat???
apa pengaruh juga sama voltage listrik???thx

Cek pembuangan limbah tinta/Waste toner (Penuh)
Cek juga sensor (MSW2) Limbah toner mungkin kotor tertutup debu/tinta

Bang mau nanya juga, ir6000 saya disambung ke win7 kok gak mau kenapa yaa….(padahal klo ke win xp bisa) ….apa ada driver khusus untuk win7 ??? thk

Browsing aja cari driver canon iR6000 untuk windows 7 terus coba pakai kabel usb nya kalau hanya untuk ngeprint, karena selama ini pakai windows 7 memang agak ribet, kalau mau nyaman sich pakai xp aja. nanti kalau sempat saya posting cara koneksi canon iR untuk windows 7 nya ya.

mesin ir5000 punya saya kalau baru mulai hasilnya bagus. tapi setelah kurang lebih 20 menit kok hasilnya jadi buram?

mesin saya ir 6570 trus error e014, itu motor mana yang harus dibetulkan. soalnya rolling dibawah pemanas itu agak macet / seret mutarnya cuma dikit

setelah dua jam dihidupin baru bisa pakai u photo copy; sedangkan memprint ngak masalah hidup 15 menitpun juga bisa… apa temperatur suhu yg bersmasalah atau scaning copynya…. ditunggu balasannya… kalau lima belas menit baru hidup hasil copi nya seperti hasil detak jantung (berombak).

tolong , ir 550 kok sekarang mekanik pada gak mau pegang, padahal kalau pas mau nawari walah… ngrayunya sampai dtail. klau error begini gak ada yang bantu. mohon bantuan beritahu alamat /no hp mekanik yang ahli ir 550. masalahnya fc mesin bisa jalan tapi hasil copy polos gak ada copy ne
